Shipping 

What is your return policy? All items are non-refundable.

What is your shipping policy? All products will be processed within 48 hours.

How long does it take for items to be shipped? We use USPS as our primary carrier.

Please allow 2-7 business days for products to be shipped. Tracking info and confirmation receipts will be sent upon payment.

Are your products tested on animals?

We do not test any of our products on animals.

Do your products contain nuts?

Our products do contain nut derivatives such as almond oil.

Waxing  

How long does my hair have to be ?1/4 inch so the wax can fully adhere to the hair follicle.

How long will my wax last ?Typically 3-4 weeks but results will vary.

Can I wax if I'm on medication ?For prescribed creams like Retin- A or Differin , we advise that you stop use 7 days prior to your wax and do not resume until 7 days after.

How soon can I get waxed after tanning ? We recommend waiting at least 24-48 hours

Can I wax if I've just had a facial ? You can only wax if you received a basic facial . If you received any facial that contained AHA/BHA hydroxy peel , microdermabrasion or any deep exfoliation treatment you will need to wait at least 7 days to receive a wax service 

NOTE: We will not wax you if you are on Accutane 

Lash Extensions 

How long will my extensions last ? A full set will last as long as your natural lash cycle. Your natural lashes will shed but we recommend refills every 2-3 weeks to maintain your set.

How long will it take to apply them ? A full set will take 120 minutes or less. Refills will take 60 mins .

What can I expect from my service? Every lash set is unique and is determined based off the  healthiness of your natural lashes . We will be sure to make sure that you are satisfied with your service.

How do I care for my extensions ?

Do not get your extensions wet within the first 24 hours

Do not use any oil based products on your lashes

Do not PICK,PULL OR TOUCH your extensions
